Once our Service Manager has authorization from you to proceed with the repair according to the estimate generated from the Coral Springs Transmissions Inspection Phase, your vehicle is promptly moved into the Repair Phase.

REPAIR PHASE
1. The Coral Springs Transmissions ASE Certified Mechanic (Builder) will thoroughly clean the transmission case. This will virtually eliminate any chance that contaminates and debris will be left inside the transmission from the internal damage that was caused from wear and tear.
2. The Coral Springs Transmissions ASE Certified Mechanic (Builder) will then begin to reassemble the transmission with the parts needed as specified by the estimate.
3. Any UPDATED parts, or parts that have been improved in quality or by the manufacturer, are automatically installed to improve the life and operation of the transmission, sometimes more efficiently than when it was originally built.
4. Your vehicle's radiator transmission cooler and lines during this assembly process will go through our mandatory Cooling System Flush. This process will CLEAN and remove DEBRIS from your transmission circulation system using heat and alternating flow pressure, virtually eliminating contaminates that will re-damage your repaired transmission.
5. This Cooling System Flush process is EITHER; A) Not Done, or B) Just pressure flushed by some other repair facilities. This process is critical!
6. Once the Transmission has been completely rebuilt it is replaced back into the vehicle by our CST ASE Certified Mechanic.
7. The vehicle is then put through a rigorous quality assurance process that includes but not limited to, a road test, hoist check and computer scan.
8. Once the Service Manager is satisfied with the repair he will call you to let you know that your vehicle is ready to pick up and go over the Coral Springs Transmissions Warranty information and paperwork in the Completion Phase.
